The Home Office’s Immigration Rules from GOV.UK — the rules of practice laid before Parliament under s. 3(2) of the Immigration Act 1971, i.e. the law itself rather than guidance about it: 101 documents (82 appendices, 16 parts, an index and an introduction) read through the keyless content and search APIs. The publisher repeals rules in place, so its own deletion marks become metadata: a per-record status and a count of deleted provisions a buyer can recount in the released text. Open Government Licence v3.0. Every record carries its source URL, fetch timestamp, HTTP status and the SHA-256 of both the raw response and the extracted record. Every release ships a manifest with every file’s SHA-256 and a Merkle root over every chunk hash, which the buyer can recompute from the downloaded files. record_id and chunk_id are stable across releases. Personal data is screened out inside the pipeline before any hash is computed.
