5. Applicable law
These services are provided under the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. The courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Canary Islands, Spain) have exclusive jurisdiction, as set out in clause 15 of the Terms of Service.
6. Payments
The purchase transaction for a subscription is processed and invoiced by Stripe acting as merchant of record, which also determines, collects and remits applicable taxes and handles payment disputes. The service and the data licence are provided by Andrii Sukhanov. Clause 4.3 of the Terms of Service describes where the line sits.
